I've had a bit of rebound today Sad
I think I'm going to reduce the usage down to about twice a week.

i take H&S some times, I have a reducing in redness.

Right have got my the born to be mild through the post. Now just got to pluck up the courage to use it Very Happy

I tried it again after several months in my drawer. I broke out in P&P's so there is something in it my skin doesn't like. I'm thinking its the SLS.

I got mine a few days ago, i dont like it, made my forehead breakout and i find it very drying, even though it leaves a residue on the face. I was hoping this was going to be the thing to get rid of my seb derm Sad

I saw no change with using the H&S for about 1wk....I just think I must not truly have SD then. So I have moved on to using a very gentle product for removing the dry skin and it's working out super well!
