Hi, my name is Candace, and I'm new to the Rosacea Forum. I'm a 42 year old woman and have been suffering from rosacea for years. It's been getting steadily worse, and my dermatologists (I've been to 3) have not been able to help me (I've tried several creams and antibiotics). Someone suggested getting an infra-red light. Does anyone out there know anything about this, or which kind of lamp is best. Please help me!!!
Thanks a lot.

There's a whole section devoted to low level light therapies in this forum. In some cases, people use infra red light, but more often light at a frequency which is near infrared, or just red.
Anyway, there's lots of info in that section. |
