....but I don't know how or what to do. I'm not sure what I can do to change rosacea, or help people, or and make a differance. I'm not a doctor and do not have a science degree or nothing like that, but I have rosacea myself and have pretty much overcome the disease through this message board, doctors, meds, and treatments. I don't know where this post is going but I really want to help out in some way. If anyone has any tips or ideas let me know. Just feel I had to post this.

Thank you

Firstly please start by letting us know what products you use on your face to reduce the redness.

Are you 'fully' cured now ?

Yes, I'd also be very interested in knowing. Do you have any before and after pics?

It was that very desire to help that had me posting so much about RLT, no matter how many people tried to pound me down for a good while at the beginning. We can only share our experiences here, and whatever snippet of info we glean along the way. RLT worked for me and I wanted other folks to experience the same relief.

So share what you know, what you've read, what you did that works, and how you did it. And be confident in that; no one has the right to discount what you believe works for you -- even if it doesn't work for them, or they don't understand how it works.

If something you did worked please share it.

Best wishes,
TP

When you post, be optimistic.

When you post, be kind.

End every post, regardless of content, with two sentences:

'You are far more attractive than you think you are.'
'Do not let a red face rule your life (though I know it can be difficult..)'

When out in public flirt with rosaceans. This will be especially effective if you yourself are largely symptom free.

Hi Sarah,

I can't seem to get anything with that link.

Could you double-check it? It sounds interesting.

Arh I did wonder whether anyone else could see it. All mods are automatically joined up (i think) and so it appears at the top of my page.

Its a sub forum made up by Warren where people can get togther to talk about raising awarenss of rosacea, projects to work on, etc. So far I think we only have about five people (probably because no one can see it) in it so it isn't particularly active.

I logged out and tried to find the link to join the group but couldnt see it Shocked Found the thread Warren put up about it though:

Right back at you Melissa! profileleft

You embody the spirit of GJ's post perfectly. Your posts are kind and generous and I feel that your presence has changed this forum for the better.

It is a much kinder and gentler place.

Big hugs, all around!
Corinna
