Need your help

| First let me say I really appreciate any advice and reccomendations that you can provide. A little history of me:
I've had acne since I was twelve, I always had red cheeks and such. My acne got really bad when I was 16-19 and I would get terrible cystic acne outbreaks. It started calming down several years ago and is now very mild, with occasional cystic acne that never fully erupts (Thank GOD!). What I'm left with though is sometimes red cheeks and an occasional severe redness on the right side of my face. Let me explain that more, it seems every couple weeks or so the side side of my face starts turning red. My left cheek and the area to the side of my eye just get worse and worse over the course of several days. After about five days it starts to try and heal and flake but it takes a good week to go back to normal. This cycle just repeats itself... It seems my rosacea is limited to this side of my face with mild redness on both of my cheeks. I never even reliazed it was Rosacea until I started loosing the acne. I need help from you guys. I tried everything when I was younger and eventually found that Clean & Clear Sensitive Skin was the best there was for acne. It didn't cause me to break out and my skin actually liked being dried out as it looked really good in the morning. But I'm feeling like the Sodium Lauryl Sulphate is really being counter-productive. I'm also extremely sensitive to taking a shower so I have to bathe instead as my face turns bright red well into the next day. I'm not sure what kind of regimen would work for me at this point. Do you have any reccomendations for cleansers? Do you have any reccomendations for this type of rosacea? Should I be using a mosturizer? I'm deeply humbled for your help. Thank you, Scott. |

| Hi Scott welcome onboard.
Can you describe the flare that you suffer every few weeks. Does it feel hot, it is bumpy, is it blotchy red, dry, flakey, itchy, etc. Is it flushing all day? Pictures would also help.
