Hi all
Just in case anyone is trying the HCL regimen with each meal and snack I just want to share that the HCL supplements are definitely not created equally. I ran out of my HCL capsules last week and started taking HCL tablets until the capsules arrived. Within a day my digestion was once again abnormal and some of the vitamins I take started passing right through me. The rosacea symptoms have not come right back but my guess is they will if my HCL capsules don't arrive soon. Therefore, if you tried HCL tablets and didn't notice a difference, you might want to try again with the HCL capsules that Lindsay suggested on her thread "how I cured my rosacea." If you seem to pass a lot of food undigested you might want to investigate low stomach acid and the related symptoms and see if they might apply to you.

Here are some random thoughts of mine on HCL:

HCL supplementation is just that, supplemention. You'll definitely have to continue taking it (maybe indefinitely) if you want to continue reaping the benefits.

Up your HCL dosage with each meal if it semi-digested food is still appearing in your stools. If you feel a 'hot-tea'-like burning sensation in the back of your throat after taking a dose, you've figured out what your max dose is. Bumping it down a little from there is the idea amount.

Charles Polquin had some good advice on HCL usage awhile back. I'll post the link later once I get approved.
