Does rosacea go away when you pass away

| I know it sounds really stupid but just wondering if you have rosy cheeks(permanent redness) 24/7, will your face turn pale once your heart stops beating?

| sadly enough I know the answer to this question first hand....my only sister had rosacea (steroid induced as she had MS)and it cleared the moment she went home to be with the Lord. I miss her terribly...but know she is well. _________________ Dx 1998 Many IPL TX's Tried just about everything |

I would'nt say its morbid....I used to think this way for years...told my husband that he needed to put my makeup on before EMS or anyone else saw me!! I was abit off and anxiety ridden back then  But right at the point of death all circulation ceases...it's as if you never had rosacea._________________ Dx 1998 Many IPL TX's Tried just about everything |

| My Dad had bad rosacea. When he died ten years ago, the funeral director advised my sister and me that we might be alarmed at the state of his face when we came in for the private viewing. My sister and I looked at him, and we agreed he had the same red face he had when he was alive.
I guess it's possible that in some people, the face may blanch at the moment of death, but my Dad's case suggests that you stay the same. |
