HCL and flushing

| Is it high HCL or low that can contribute to flushing?
I am currently taking Zantac (for the past 6 weeks) and I'm starting to flush more. I've always been a social flusher, but now I feel like it happens more frequently. Not sure if it's due to the steroid withdrawal process or the Zantac. I've read that Zantac can lower your HCL. If it's low HCL that causes flushing, maybe I should switch to Pepcid? Thanks! ~J |
