Do you find yourself in state of confusion and lack of clarity at times? How does it feel like and can you overcome?

Hi Francois,
I get like this and it depends on the cause, but most often I find that a good brisk walk will help.
Best wishes,

OK, I don't mean to repeat myself but one of the symptoms of cpn infection is...brain fog! I get it at times myself (LOL I know, not so surprising). Anyway, I'm not saying you have this Francois. I'm just saying that this can be a symptom of cpn infection. I find the whole topic fascinating. There's so much we don't know.
I agree with Corinna. A brisk walk outside can work wonders.
Best wishes,
Melissa |
