Do you think I have Rosacea or Seb-derm?

| Lets be very clear Drums does not have a cure for rosacea, as recently as november he explained in detail how he was sleeping with the window open and using an electric blanket, because he found it helped reduce facial redness.
So he still has rosacea!! His main theme is having some very strict rules on what he eats, and it is not simple, the result is a somewhat restricted, but clearly a very healthy, diet. These are clearly measures which have helped him control his rosacea (words he used). If you want to trawl through all of his posts you will pick up his ideas, but it is not easy. He has found things which help control his rosacea, but any talk of a cure is misguided, by what he says in some of the posts he still has some problems, and if he stopped his strict regime the rosacea would be back, the operative word is control not cure! |
