Has anyone tried taking a horse chestnut extract supplement? And found it beneficial?
I might post up some info and links, but I just wondered.
In a similar manner to grape seed and pycnogenol, it seems, it is supposed to help strengthen and tone capillary walls. Thus, for example, it is used by those suffering from varicose veins. Some places even seem to rate it much higher than those other supplements. |

| I take a horse chestnut seed extract and I sometimes heat some tincture to remove the alcohol and apply it topically. I believe that I do see some benefit but nothing dramatic. I am hoping that it is helping to slow the any development of damage. |
