Milk substitutes?

| You would think a simple search here would help me but I get 1000 posts. I'm simply wondering what people, who have given up milk, are drinking instead? I still like to eat cereal and just bought some gluten free, so I don't want anything too sweet.

| You could try a soy milk, the Silk brand in vanilla is not too bad. It takes getting used to, because the consistancey is thinner than milk. It also come in plain, but I like the vanilla better for cereal.
Also, the Toffutti brand is excellent for a cream cheese and sour cream alternative. I use them all the time in recipes and no one knows the difference! |
