| who has them...i get them at least maybe a once a week/every two weeks or so, when my face is pale, not bumpy, unirritated, and does not feel flushy... and then i wake up the next day, and everything is back to being the same. |

I get them with the same frequency as you, and I think WOW I'm cured! Then it's like there is some sort of rebound and I have increased redness for most of the following day. _________________ Do what you feel in your heart to be right, for you'll be criticized anyway. Me too and I am just thankful for any breaks
Knowing that one day they will be more frequent and longer lasting (hopefully)! |

Me too. I tend to get them at the weekend and I am beginning to wonder if this is to do with the fact that I am not sitting under a fluorescent light all day. Since moving offices a couple of weeks ago I have managed to keep the overhead flourescent light off and so far I havent flushed whilst at work and neither have I felt like I was going to.
Mind you this is just an observation and I could be completly wrong about it.
I have correlated all the info about this subject that I have collected and will post it up a new thread under similar/related condtions. |

When I am at home and can control the temp I rarely flush. I don't understand why people have to overheat indoors in the winter. It is so hot every where I go now. At work today it was an oven and thank goodness the super shut the heat for me but then everyone else was complaining how cold they are... There seems to be no in between at work. It's either boiling hot or freezing cold |

There's got to be some kind of body cooling system you can rig up under your clothes. If not, I'm going to invent it. _________________ KNOWLEDGE = POWER |
