They say 2-4 month therapy duration, so either they expect you to be cured by then or they don't want to treat for longer than that.

Phase III mid-2008.

2-4 mo's only? That wouldn't make sense as this med isn't a "cure" it just suppress's the inflammation and once wore off bingo your red again!! Embarassed

Don't just to conclusions one way or another. They say 2-4 months because that is the averages treatment period for medications like this. IN theory, you would be able to use it much longer.

I contacted Collagenex about being a participant in the clinical trials. I got a phone call back from a guy that said Phase III hasn't started yet, but to talk to my doctor about participating and check the papers.

I got to get my hands on this stuff.

I get what your saying but.....40yrs of daily use...I wonder if that's what they are thinking of? Heck some people would need it for longer than that!
