What exactly is Metrogel, cream, lotion for? Is it just for the p&p's or is it also fro redness/inflammation and/or flushing? Can it be used if you don't have p&p's?
Thanks!

It is especially for p&p's. I don't think it generally works for flushing and/or redness although this varies from person to person. _________________ Currently on Finacea and Xyzal |

Thanks, Angela!
My derm had given me samples to try as a compromise when I told her I thought my redness was steroid induced. I think she was just giving it to me to shut me up and prove to me that it wouldn't help! I didn't have any p&p's, just the redness. I found that while it stung and burned like crazy (why I stopped using it!) it helped with the inflammation a little bit. I didn't know if it was worth asking her to try metrolotion, but maybe I'll just give my skin some more time to heal.
