I will be starting my liver detox next week with my naturopath. So i can let you know how it goes! It's not one where i drink certain things (although i currently am not allowed to eat any dairy, sugar or msg) but something to do with the chest and hot and cold and things going in? Confusing lol. But i'll know what it's like as of next week.

I just finished a 30-day colon cleanse program, taking the anti-parasite capsules 1st thing in the morning followed by the fiber-drink and then at night before bed, drinking the laxative tea.
I have nothing miraculous to report as a final result, although I did have some gigantic poopies.

I did the 1st of 6 liver flushes when I first started with rosacea. I did pass many gall stones (apparently a good thing!) but found the whole experience a bit too distressing so I never carried on with the other 5 cleanses. Kinda wish I stuck will it. It might well help and its virtually free Wink

Hi
I did a parasite cleanse one time (called Humaworm) and it did help my facial swelling. I also did some liver cleanses (see a website known as Curezone) and they helped quite a bit as well. The two things I've done that have helped the most is the addition of HCL capsules with each meal and snack and a very low dose of accutane (10 mg twice per week).

I (Eric) am currently on a detox program. Melissa is considering trying the same program I am on. Obviously, we'd be doing it for different reasons. I'm on Colonix for a month now and seen some good results as far as digestion, complextion, sleep, and energy are concerned. Next week I'll start my second month of Colonix and I am adding Toxinout. If you guys want to read about it try www.drnatura.com

Only side effect I experienced were some moderate skin rashes in the joins of my limbs and under my arms. Went away with some cream.

I would occasionally get some exzema on my finger tips. The Colonix made that flare up for a day or two but after that it completely went away and I have very smooth, more colorful skin on my fingers now. Read some of the testimonials on the website. Seems like a lot of people have had success with different skin conditions. Although none of them mention Roseacea.

Has anyone tried Bikram yoga? Supposedly it is a great detoxifier, but I'm sure it doesn't work as quickly as supplements.

My husband got me a gift certificate to try it out and I haven't gone yet.

Queta I took HCL for 1 1/2 month, and in the beginning they helped but then it was like they stopped working. But since I stopped taking them my rosdacea has become worse. So maybe I should start with them again? But just how long can we keep taking them? And why the hell cant we get someone to find out if there in fact is too little hydroclohric acid !!?

How long have you been on accutane 10 mg? Does it help with redness and p&ps? Are you getting weekly bloodwork done on a low 10 mg dose?
