Effect of Finacea on SD ?

| Hi,
I'm currently using Noritate to treat the P+P's on my face, however I'm considering trying Finacea in the hope it might be an improvement for the bumps and pustules etc. Does anyone know or used Finacea and had any experience on how it effects their SD ? either positive or negative. I trial was conducted on this (for which it won't let me post the link), but i'm yet to find the published results. Regards Mark |
