Hi I'm new here but I've been lurking for a while. I recently purchased Hope's Relief Cream based on the reviews here and other places. I've only been using it since Monday but I'm not sure if it's helping my skin or hurting it. I hoping that someone who has used it might be able to help me out and give me some info. My skin seems drier at times and redder at times since using it. Maybe I should just give it more time.

I believe I will be giving up on this cream. I've been using it for a week now and it still stings my skin and turns it bright red. I know you are suppose to give it time, but I don't like irritating my skin more so than it already is.

I'm glad this works for others though. That's the thing about rosacea. What works well for some does not work well for all unfortunately. Sad

Hi

Sorry no one has answered you yet, you slipped under the radar. Very Happy

You are wise to follow your own gut feeling. Sometimes I carry on for a few days longer than is wise only to make my skin worse.

What else have you tried out on your face?

Hi Broken Princess,

Sorry, I didn't notice this post until now. I tried Hope's Relief cream last month for my seb. derm., but I didn't get on with it. I know it warns that it may sting to start with, but that carried on for me; I was definitely redder, and it made no impression on my flaking.

I mainly used it near my eyebrows where I have seb. derm. God knows what it would have been like elsewhere, as my cheeks, chin and all the rosacea-affected bits are much more sensitive. Perhaps it's better for eczema - I understand that's what it was created for.

Shame - I really liked the odd caramelly smell! Good luck with finding something that does suit you.

Kristina
