Hi, guys.
Does anyone have any tips to help prevent hormonal facial inflammation (redness, generally) and flushing during that time of month? I know Ibuprofen is supposed to help with breakouts, but would something like that help with an increase in constant redness and an increase in flushing? Thanks. |

Yes --- aspirin, ibprofen, etc help with redness. So does antibiotics...low dose for rosacea use longterm. If you're past childrearing age then spironolactone helps too...it moderates the hormones.

Its strange but my skin looks best from 1 week before my period until my period ends.
Its the smoothest, no acne, less redness.... I have no idea why.
Wish it would stay like that :( |
