Hi guys, I'm 17 years of age, and about 4 months ago i was diagnosed with SD. I have SD on my scalp and eyebrows,
I have researched allot about SD and its effects causes, Ect Ect
And i have been trying many natural cures and remades.

This is what i have found to be most effective, my SD Is being kept at bay wile using these, and maybe it will also help you if you wish to try any.

First of Coal Tar Shampoos work pretty good for me i usually leave them on for about 10 mins before i wash it off.

Secondly i apply a low grade steroid cream called "Betamouse" Maybe some of you have heard of it. It seems to have a pretty good effect.

After that i put something on my head, i forget what its name is right now but it has Extracts of Tuna & Swa in it. I find this helps with the flakes.

I also Eat a balanced diet, With my diet i Take Hemp Seed Oil and a Pro biotic , Also strangely Green Apple skins seems to help with yeast, i am not 100% sure of this but i find it has a good effect.

I do this every 2-3 days and it keeps my SD at bay.

But Take it or leave it its just a few suggestions for you guys to try.

Also I'm new to the forums Hope too see you guys around.

If I were you I would be VERY concerned about using that steroid cream. Everyone here has horror stories from using steroid cream. It's helping you now but down the road you are in for some serious problems. Does not matter that it's low strength. At some point it will stop working and your face is going to go into freak out mode.
