 I bought a Nano iPod and plug in with the ear buds. I used to catch myself snoring.  _________________ The trick is to keep moving forward –– to let go of the fear and the regret that slows us down and keeps us from enjoying a journey that will be over all too soon. |

er. well, spiritual practices are making me sensitive to a lot of noise. You tend to crave quiet. And music especially is directed outwards. |
